It means a person who teaches Alchemy. Now what the heck is Alchemy?
Okie than let me tell you that its a form of chemistry and speculative philosophy practiced in the Middle Ages and the Renaissance and concerned principally with discovering methods for transmuting metals into gold and with finding a universal solvent and an elixir of life.
This thing is depicted in a book called “The Alchemist “which I read few days back by Paulo Coelho.
In this he is inspiring us to follow our dreams and keep faith in it to conquer anything in life just the way how one can turn a metal into gold. The same way one can find his destiny if he believes in himself.
I loved reading this book after a long time. The story is just awesome

This is one of the best books I have ever read... and this is book that kindles me to read it again n again...
each time u read this book, it gives out a different meaning and thought for us...
a great truth of "never give up until u reach ur dreams" is greatly told in this book...
